By using ImgHost, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time without notice.

1. Allowed Content

ImgHost is a private image hosting platform primarily for The RP Collective and affiliated users. You may only upload content that:

• Is not illegal under UK or international law
• Does not contain sexual, explicit, or violent imagery intended to shock or offend
• Does not violate another user's privacy or intellectual property
• Is not intended for harassment, abuse, or impersonation

2. Image Storage & Access

Uploaded images are not encrypted and may be visible to anyone with the link. Do not use ImgHost to store sensitive or private material. Admins can view and delete any image at any time.

3. Abuse & Violations

Abuse of the platform (e.g., spamming, malicious content, illegal uploads) will result in a permanent ban. Violations may be reported via the image report form.

4. Liability

ImgHost is provided "as is" with no guarantees. Networkz Entertainment is not liable for data loss, service outages, or misuse of the service.
